They are fitted to the top and bottom panels of the cabinet, providing a truly concealed hinge experience. With only two hinges needed for even tall, heavy, or thick doors, you can simplify your designs.

Despite its compact size, AIR delivers full functionality to furniture manufacturers. Once inserted into the top and bottom of the cabinet, the door is practically invisible. Its small size means that applications for AIR are numerous: kitchens, bathrooms, living room and bedroom furniture, and display cabinets.

The hinge is characterised by its compactness and small size, and it incorporates the push self-opening system for handleless doors. It is attached to the top and bottom panels of the cabinet.

Understanding Door Hinges

What are the different types of door hinges? First, you need to understand doors. Often, issues with doors can be blamed on the wrong hinge being used. All standard and industrial hinges have to contend with several factors regarding doors:

• Vertical load, determined by gross door weight.
• Horizontal load, a combination of door height-to-width ratio, door weight, and hinge placement.

Another often-overlooked area is the frequency of use. This requires you to estimate how often the door will open and close over the course of a day. You can break this down into three categories:

• Low frequency: doors used ten times or less each day.
• Medium frequency: doors are used 10 to 24 times each day.
• High frequency: doors are used more than 25 times daily.

You then need to know the weight capacity that suits your application. Combine the frequency with your door's weight. This will help you determine whether you need standard or heavy-duty hinges.

We choose A0 degree aluminum ingot as raw material. 

The most used 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy comply with national standards GB/T5237.

We do extruding with designed moulds to get different shape of profiles.

The strength and toughness of the profiles are ensured by aging treatments.

Surface treatment like powder coating, anodizing and electrophosis are required to protect the profile and get good-looking surface.

We do offer machining services like milling, drilling, bending, threading, etc.

All products will be inspected strictly before packing. 

After you place your order, we will check again and suggest you the best packaging method based on different shapes of products (including but not limited to kraft paper packaging/bubble wrap/wooden box packaging).

We provide different packages for different products to make sure the goods can stay good during long-time shipping. And we can do customization according to your requirement.

Usually we will use kraft paper, bubble wrap, plastic protective film, cartons, wood crate and pallet, ect.

Usually we need 15-45 days for production, and we would communicate with customers about all details for shipping a week earlier before goods are ready.
