Zinc alloy handles have a cheaper die-casting cost, while aluminium alloys are more expensive if they are to be die-cast. However, according to the price, the aluminium alloy handle has a slight advantage. The handle of the same size, made of zinc alloy, is more than half the weight of the aluminium alloy. The post-processing electroplating is more expensive than the oxidation, so the aluminium alloy handle is cheaper.

Aluminium alloy has good plasticity and is suitable for medium-weight structural materials that carry large weights. Both aluminium and zinc alloys have good corrosion resistance.

Although zinc alloy has higher hardness and tensile strength than aluminium alloy, there is no absolute limit. The finish of aluminium alloy is better, and due to the high density of zinc alloy, the price of zinc alloy and aluminium alloy of the same volume is not much different. Compared with high-quality 304 stainless steel and copper, the cost-performance ratio of this product is higher, and it is more suitable for ordinary families' use.

Aluminium alloy is not easy to oxidise, but its hardness is not as good as that of zinc alloy. Zinc alloy is easy to oxidise and deteriorates in the air for a long time.

The density of aluminium alloy is low, but the strength is relatively high, close to or exceeding that of high-quality steel. It has good plasticity, can be processed into various profiles, has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in industry. If the structure and die casting process allow, it is more cost-effective to use aluminium alloy.

We choose A0 degree aluminum ingot as raw material. 

The most used 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy comply with national standards GB/T5237.

We do extruding with designed moulds to get different shape of profiles.

The strength and toughness of the profiles are ensured by aging treatments.

Surface treatment like powder coating, anodizing and electrophosis are required to protect the profile and get good-looking surface.

We do offer machining services like milling, drilling, bending, threading, etc.

All products will be inspected strictly before packing. 

After you place your order, we will check again and suggest you the best packaging method based on different shapes of products (including but not limited to kraft paper packaging/bubble wrap/wooden box packaging).

We provide different packages for different products to make sure the goods can stay good during long-time shipping. And we can do customization according to your requirement.

Usually we will use kraft paper, bubble wrap, plastic protective film, cartons, wood crate and pallet, ect.

Usually we need 15-45 days for production, and we would communicate with customers about all details for shipping a week earlier before goods are ready.
